Norman Schut Obituary
It is with sadness that the passing of Norman Schut of Jenison, Michigan is shared. Norman, born on October 26, 1941, passed away on August 23, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Norman Schut to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lambert Schut and Henrietta Schut; his siblings, Leonard Schut (Mary), Harley Schut and Hazel Bode (Carl); and his siblings-in-law, Betty Schut and Warren Brouwer.
He is survived by: his wife Grace; his children, Joleen Apol (Jason), Jennifer Bouwkamp (Scott) and Jeff Schut (Bethel); his grandchildren, Alex Apol, Esther Bronkema (Andrew), Samuel Apol, David Apol, Rebecca Apol, Tylar Bouwkamp, Matt Bouwkamp (Olivia Rewa), Louis Schut, Grace Leland (Quint), Collin, Adrianna, Cole, Lawrence and Evert Schut; and his siblings, Gerri Brouwer, Nan Schut, Jan Baar (Dave), Louise Nivison (Marty), Junior Schut (Marie), Barb DeKoekkoek (Roger), Bob Schut (Louisa) and Thea Wilhoite (Craig). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Bethel United Reformed Church (8360 Cottonwood Dr, Jenison, MI 49428).
