She was predeceased by : her grandparents, Arnold, Joan DeWeerd, Dale and Marlene Oosterink. She is survived by : her parents, Randy DeWeerd and Deborah DeWeerd; her brother Anthony (Danielle DeWeerd); and her nephews, Mason and Lucas. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Faith Hospice.
