He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Stegewans and Bernita Stegewans; his brother John Stegewans; his parents-in-law, Neal and Betty Braat; his siblings-in-law, Mark, Kris Braat, Melinda Braat and Mike Hutt; and his nephew Josh Braat.
He is survived by: his wife Michele Stegewans; his children, Sabrina, Kevin VanderWeide, Nick, Jenny Stegewans and Sarah Stegewans; his grandchildren, Trevor, Jordan and Kaylee VanderWeide; his siblings, Mike Stegewans and Cheryl (Chris Van't Hof); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Braat, Matt Braat, Mitch, Kim Braat and Melanie Hutt.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Open House (4145 Chicago Dr SW, Grandville, MI 49418).
