He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jennifer Slager, Michelle, Trevor Venneman, Chad Hainer, Bryan and Amanda Hainer (Holland); his mother Nancy Slager; and his siblings, Sandy (Greg Warren) and Dave (Michal Slager). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
