She was predeceased by: her husband Robert "Bob" DeKoning; her grandson Brian Terhorst; and her sisters, Gladys (Lester DeVries), Marilyn (Jim Althof) and Nancy (Pete Tuinstra).
She is survived by: her children, Pat (Randy TerHorst), Jane (Larry VanderVeen), Cindy (Dan Sikkema), Mary (Jerry DeGraaf) and Carol (Jim Brookhouse); and her sister-in-law Nancy (George Jasperse). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren.
