He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph and Geraldine. He is survived by: his wife Beth; his daughters, Marcia Christensen (Randy) and Sandra Kremer (David); his grandchildren, Brian Johnson (Angela), Alison Jeup (Troy), Kate Kremer, Jennifer Moffitt (Andrew) and Nicole Dilley (Matthew); and his brother Barry Vinkemulder. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Holland or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, honoring Wayne's compassionate spirit.
