He is survived by: his brothers, David Warren (Kay) and Andy Warren; and his stepchildren, Mark Scott (Teresa), Amy King, Christy McVicker (Jeremy), Amanda Cubberly and Ryan Rider (Melissa). He is also survived by 10 step grandchildren and 4 step great grandchildren.
