He is survived by: his wife Barbara Waldo (Braime); his parents, Philip Waldo and Dorothy Waldo; his siblings, Sandy Fuller (Jason Fuller), Tina Wyman (Waldo), Chris (Andy Workman), Mike (Denise Draime) and Jeff (Renee Draime); and his mother-in-law Kathryn Morningstar. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews and cousins.
The family prefers contributions in memory of Jerry be made to his wife, Barbara Waldo.
