He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Steele and Doris Steele (Brown). He is survived by: his wife Brenda Steele (Litwiller); his daughters, Stephanie (Paul), Shannon (Joseph) and Sierra; his grandchildren, Kennedy, Emmanuel, Camryn, Connor and Elizabeth; and his siblings, Alma, Lois, Brent and Helen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins that he treated as his own children.
In keeping with his generous spirit, Steven chose to continue helping others through tissue donation.
