He was predeceased by: his parents, Ward Seager and Wilma Seager (Withers); and his siblings, Warren Seager (VI), Marion Westgate (Walter), Walter Seager (Melvina), Waneta Adams, Wayne Seager (Paula), Mildred Lamib (Francis) and Martha Weaver (Wayne).
He is survived by: his wife Alice Seager; his children, Connie Schramm (Larry), Wilbur Jr. (Shelly), Richard Seager (Pam) and Laura (Brian); and his grandchildren, Jeremiah (Katie), Zachariah (Shawnee), Eric (Karen), Rebecca (Doug), Brandon (Taylor), Cassandra (Nathan), Alexandra and John. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
