She is survived by: her former husband Norman M. Vance of Jonesville; her children, N. Scott (Domenica Marchetti) of Alexandria, Virginia and Tamara Lynn; her former husband Donald Pender; her son-in-law John C. Paul-Vance of Waldorf; her grandchildren, Nicholas Vance, Adriana Vance and Alexander S. Paul-Vance; and her stepdaughter Pamela Stewart-Fulton (Matthew Stewart-Fulton). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
