It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorotha Mae Jenkins of Jonesville, Michigan, born in Reading, Michigan, who passed away on May 5, 2026, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James Jenkins; and her brothers, Wesley Wells, Douglas Bernath and Marlin Wells. She is survived by: her children, Kelly Cottrill (Tim) of Hudson, James Jenkins Jr. (Dana) of Jonesville and Timothy Jenkins (Sonia) of Orlando, Florida; and her sister Delores Preston of Hillsdale. She is also survived by three sisters-in-law; two brothers-in-law; 15 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
