Veen of Kalamazoo, Michigan, born in Grand Haven, Michigan, who passed away on April 30, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Anthony VandenBrand and Jeanette VandenBrand (Poel); her husband John "Wes" Veen; her brother Howard; her children, Dan Veen (Kim) and Faith Huyser (Rick); her grandchildren, Emily Sikkema (Keith), Betsy VanKooten (Kyle), Anna Rykse (Jake), Mya, Makenna, Eli and Isaac Veen; her siblings, Betty Kuik (Shuart) and Fred VandenBrand (Martha); and her brother-in-law Jim Veen (Marilyn). She was also cherished by 5 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
