It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Lee Snyder of Kalamazoo, Michigan, who passed away on July 16, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of David Lee Snyder to show support.
He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Snyder; his stepfather George Braschler; his brother Dennis Snyder; and his stepsiblings, Don Braschler (Joyce) and Barbara Gaddy (Roy).
He is survived by: his mother Virginia Snyder Braschler (Bridges); his wife Janet Hotelling; his children, Jennifer Sankey (Anand) of Kalamazoo and Joseph Snyder of Kalamazoo; his grandchildren, Anna Sankey, Joshua and Josef Snyder; and his stepbrother Bob Braschler (Nancy). He is also survived by nephew and many cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oshtemo United Methodist Church (6574 Stadium Dr, Kalamazoo, MI 49009).
