It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Van Liere Jr. (Kalamazoo, Michigan), who passed away on July 19, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Liere and Trienet Van Liere; his wife Jane Van Liere; his children, Susan Hebel (Tom), Chris Poch (Rene), John (Jane MacRitchie), Larry (Patti), Steve (Susan) and Tim (Jeannine); his daughter-in-law Suzanne; and his son Dave. He was also cherished by 17 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in John's memory may be directed to Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan.
