She was predeceased by: her parents, A. Dwight Church and Constance Church (Ubstell); her husband Jerry; and her son David. She is survived by: her children, Michael (Wendy), Barbara (Sam), Robin (Tony) and Janice (Tim). She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
