She was loved and cherished by many people including : her mother Henrietta Kroesing (Hank); her siblings, Pauline Garner (Murray) of Kalkaska, Betty Findley of Kalkaska and Mickey Ubl (Mike) of Traverse City; her children, Bryan Cornell (Tammy) of New Douglas and Susie Hogerheide (Derek) of Kalkaska; her father Paul Kroesing Jr.; her siblings, Margaret Kroesing (Peters), Beverly Kroesing (Boyer), Patty Kroesing (Thomas), Edna Kroesing (Freeman), Paul Kroesing, Jim Kroesing and Larry Kroesing; and her son Trent Cornell. She was also cherished by 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews.

Linda Forwerck wrote a sympathy message

“I am so sorry to learn of Alice's passing. I have many memories of the Kroesing kids when they grew up in Fife Lake. My sister Karen was a friend of Larry and Edna while I was a friend of Patsy and Pauline. Their mother was a fun lady, very well liked when she worked at the local restaurant. I would run into the Kroesing girls once in a while in Kaskie. We always had a good visit with a few laughs. Linda Kelley Forwerck”
