We are sad to announce that on February 25, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Alma Marie McDowell of Kalkaska, Michigan. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Alfred E. Anderson and Marie E. Anderson (Pepin); her husband John "Bubba" McDowell; her brother Joseph Anderson; her sisters-in-law, Patricia Anderson and Clarann Anderson; and her nephew Mark Groesser.

She is survived by : her brother David Anderson.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 24th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, May 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary of the Woods Catholic Church (438 Co Rd 612, Kalkaska, MI 49646).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Father Fred Foundation or The American Lung Association.
