She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Ludka and Lillian Ludka (Antony); her husband Paul Leask; her children, Michael Leask and Tari French; her siblings, Walter Bud Ludka, Frank Ludka II and Virgina Ludka Schram; and her siblings-in-law, Julia Ludka and Wilfred Holsather.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Leask (Rachael) of Charleston, Mark Leask of Kalkaska and Robyne Fournier of LaCygne, Kansas.; and her siblings, Larry Ludka (Loretta) of Traverse City, Elaine Kozlowski (David) of Traverse City, Charles Ludka of Traverse City and Ruth Holsather of Midland. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
