He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles E. McNeil and Hazel Eva McNeil (Knolf); his siblings, Gwyn, Daniel, Eugene, Theodore and Nancy; his wife Sandra McNeil; and his former wife Wilma McNeil of California.
