It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Madelon June Lang of Kalkaska, Michigan, who passed away on May 20, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Irving Quackenbush and Florence Quackenbush (North); her daughter Sylvia Nyberg; her granddaughter Shawnee James; and her brother Steve Quackenbush.
She is survived by: her son Jon Turnbull (Connie); her grandchildren, Michael Turnbull (Lois), Brett Turnbull, Eagle James (Ronda), Morningstar Willison (Jeramy), Thomas Blackmoore, Kassi Boatright (Steve) and Michelle Day (Shawn); and her siblings, Gene Quackenbush (Rosie) and Nancy Lee Leach. She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.
