She is survived by : her mother Susan Maria Emery; her daughters, Scarlett Marie Davis and Violet Morgan Davis; the father of her children Morgan William Davis, III; and her siblings, Karie Osceola, Jessica Osceola, Marissa Osceola, Sean Waters, Jennifer Waters and Sharon Waters.

Memorials may be made in Nicole's name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the local ASPCA.
