He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ann Campbell (Birchmeier); his children, Paul Campbell III (Susie), Sheri Brintzenhoff and Melissa Hurd (Craig Foster); his grandchildren, Paul Wesley IV, Sarah Hurd and Nathan Hurd; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Ferrigan, Becky Taylor (Chuck), Karen Nelson (Raymond), Paul Birchmeier (Lynn), Pete Birchmeier (Sue) and Joe Birchmeier (Jennifer).
