He was predeceased by : his former life partner Corinne Roberts; his wife Marion Rose Moody (Sutton); his daughter Charlene "Char" A. LeBlanc (Moody); and his siblings, Donald Moody of Indiana and Fern Hannon of Minnesota.

He is survived by : his children, Robert Moody (Robin) of Fort Pierce, Florida, Dennis Moody of Vero Beach, Florida, David Moody (Kathleen) of Alanson, Michigan, Steven Moody (Lynn) of Elk Rapids, Daniel Moody of Grandville, Michigan., Shirley Sutton (David) of Thornton, Colorado, Darlene Weber (David) of Interlochen and Pamela Moody of Wausau.
