He is survived by: his wife Cathi Barnum; his children, Darlene Pliskaner (William) and Ty Shauan, Jr.; his stepchildren, Casey Goeckerman, Heidi Gossard (William Fairbotham) and Gretchen Ritter-Lopatowski (Jason); his grandchildren, Brandon (Katelynn), Zachary, Lauren, Tyler, Kelsey, Maggie (Vinnie), Benjamin, Abby, Austin, David, Haley, Jakob and Carol; his siblings, Fred Shauan, Patricia Opsahl (Jerry), Jean Bender, Jane Workman and Belinda Tuttle (Gerald); and his pets, Max, Ginger, Cari and Doti. He is also survived by his wife's, Cathi's, seven siblings and their spouses; many nieces and nephews.
