He was predeceased by : his parents, William Garrock and Mildred Garrock (Marshall Rooke); his sister Joann Bonnice; and his wife Frances Simpson. He is survived by : his children, Joyce Gualtiere, William Garrock Jr., Kenneth Garrock and Julie Sattler (John); his grandchildren, Jessica (Rodney), Christopher (Katie), Anthony, Marissa (Manuel), Brandon, Tayler (Greg), Josiah, Gabrielle, Olivia and Nicholas; and his great grandchildren, Shay, Silas, Leighton, Josiah Jr. and Penelope. He is also survived by several nieces nephews, and cousins.
