She was predeceased by: her parents, Phyllis DeRosia and Richard Wells; and her sister Pam Charbonneau. She is survived by: her husband Ken Malkin; her son Justin LeBourdais; her siblings, Lisa Hayes (Rob), Keith Wells and Christopher Wells; her stepdaughters, Tracy Clinton and Jessica Malkin (Jeff Lanning); and her nieces and nephews, Tanya Wright (Matt Wright), Mikayla Hayes, Ricky Charbonneau and Roby Hayes (Megan Hayes).
