He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Kolka; his children, Taylor Dishaw, Ky-Lee Marth, Kerry Dishaw and Alyssa Aguirre (Mike); and his mother-in-law Kathleen Ryder. He is also survived by grandchildren, uncles and aunts, several cousins, and many good friends.
