He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Wesley Freeland and Lillian Emily Freeland (Carlson); and his siblings, Robert Freeland and Mary Bjork. He is survived by: his wife Janice Ruth Freeland; and his children, Randolf E. Freeland (Nathalie), Juli-Anne Hall (Harold), Todd M. Freeland (Sharon), Kristi M. Buckner (Craig) and Jill R. Young (Jerry). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
