He is survived by: his significant other Amy Knowlton; his mother Beth; his stepfather Ken Longstreet; his sisters, Terria Mortensen, Justine DeVos and Amber (Randy Frey); his children, Jaden, Gavin, Briana, Mason, Dylan and Andrew; his grandson Grayson; and his grandfathers, David Hall and Jay Dean. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
