He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Schutter and Anna Schutter; his brothers, Norman, Earnest, Eugene, Melvin and Steven; and his daughter Pamela.
He is survived by: his siblings, Lola, Janis, Laura, Alice and Gordon; his spouse Shirley; his son Scott Schutter (Shirley); and his grandchildren, Kenneth Wolter (Lisa), Krystal Grover (Chris), Katie Bettge (Fred) and Joseph Schutter (Kodi). He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be sent to Harmony Hospice of Newaygo Michigan for the compassionate care they have provided to David and family.
