He was predeceased by: his father Timothy McIntyre. He is survived by: his wife Melissa; his children, Nikki Leigh McIntyre and Timothy Charles McIntyre (Kendra); his grandchildren, Isaiah and Valerie; his mother Jerri Stuerzinger (John); his brother James McIntyre (Perri Mick); his niece Rachel Pearce (Matt); and his pet Charley.
