She is survived by: her husband Gerald Velthouse; her children, Michael Velthouse, Kimberly Wozniak (Chris) and Chuck Velthouse (Mery); and her grandchildren, Ben Velthouse (Eric), Jenny Dumont, Mike Nabor, Meggan Kasprowicz (Dan), Charlie Velthouse (Amber), Aubrey Miles (Dave) and Taylor Brown (Kay). She is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
