He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald Hagen and Donna Hagen; his sisters, Cheryl and Carol Hagen; and his brothers-in-law, Duane Blackport and Bob Freiburger.

He is survived by : his children, Shaun Hagen (Brittany) and Shannon Hagen; and his siblings, Debbie Blackport Oeverman (Gord), Jan Thayer (Ed), Lisa Potter (Brian), Marsha Freiburger and Craig Hagen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
