He was predeceased by : his mother Kathie Woelfel. He is survived by : his wife Melissa; his children, John (Alyssa) and Mackenzie; his father John; his stepparents, Cheryl and Jim Woelfel; his parents-in-law, Stephen and Nancy Duczynski; his siblings, Bill (Lisa), David (Jada), Dale (Rachel), Scott (Tracy) and Paulette; his brother-in-law Stephen; and his granddaughter Josie. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Streams of Hope/Streams, an organization helping underprivileged families in the Kentwood Community.
