He is survived by: his wife Lynn; his daughters, Andrea and Beckie (Mark); his grandchildren, Kailee, Vanessa, Elaina, Analeigh, Simon and Ellie; and his siblings, Andrew Zylstra (Nancy) and Esther Morse (Rick). He is also survived by relatives and friends.

Memorial donations may be made to the Right to Life Organization or to the Helen DeVos Children's Hospital.
