He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond LaRose and Charlotte LaRose (Quick); his brother Kelly; his close friend Dennis Massie; and his pet Tank.

He is survived by: his son Jacob LaRose (Rachael Larose) of Eagle River; his siblings, Cheryl LaRose of Keweenaw Bay and Tim Larose (Julie) of Auburn Hills; and his aunt Janet.
