He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Cornwell and Loretta Cornwell; his brother Robert; and his father-in-law Joseph Majeske. He is survived by: his wife Judith A. Majeske; his son Alexander Smith; his granddaughter Isabelle Rajchel Smith; his mother-in-law Shirley Ann Majeske; his brother-in-law Michael Majeske; his siblings, Joseph Majeske (Linda) and Mary Makowski (David); and his siblings-in-law, John and Paula Majeske. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many special friends.
