He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Barbara Neitzke and James Parker. He is survived by: his mother Mary Neitzke (Randy); his daughter Jillian Parker; his siblings, Michael Neitzke (Jessica), Katie Neitzke (Chris) and Kyle Neitzke; his grandparents, Wanda Goss and Jerome Neitzke; and his cousin David James Parker. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
