With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Judith A Riddell of Kimball Township, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 7, 2025 at the age of 85. As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let her loved ones carry forward the torch of her memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of her love and the brilliance of her spirit. Though Judith may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Papineau and Beatrice Papineau; her husband Gerald T. Riddell; and her sister Patti Berry. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Carr (Tom), Lori Johnson (Mike), Gerald Riddell Jr. (Sheila), Scott Riddell (Angie), Shari Haddix (Curt) and Paul Riddell (Cissy). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Karrer-Simpson Funeral Home (1720 Elk St, Port Huron, MI 48060). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
