She was predeceased by: her father Harold Nixon; her husband James H. Roberts; her sisters, Shirley Hudson (Harry "Jim"), Gloria King (Art) and Marian Harris; and her brother-in-law Raymond Roberts (Marilyn).

She is survived by: her children, James Roberts (Leann) and Brenda Roberts; her grandchildren, Madison Bowles (Justin), Jonathon Roberts (Mary) and Buchanon Roberts; her great grandchildren, James Thomas Roberts, McKenzie and Alexis Bowles; and her brothers-in-law, David Harris, Frank Roberts and Ed Roberts (Barbara). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
