She is survived by: her children, Monica Clark (Tanya Gasperetti) of Beavercreek, Natalie Olsson (Frank) of Kincheloe and Theodore Clark of Kincheloe; her grandchildren, Brett Olsson, Chase Olsson, Atlantis Clark, Jaxon Clark and Violet Clark; her siblings, Mike Phillips, Carol Buckley (Bill) and Diana Phillips; and her siblings-in-law, Debbie Clark, Lynn Ailiff (Michael) and Rodney Clark. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
