He is survived by: his wife Margaret Fisher; his grandchildren, Daniel Peruski, Eric Peruski (Justine), Zachary Peruski (Samantha), Marissa Zukowski (David), Haley Dhyse (Evan), Brandon (Angelica) and Tyler Moore (Grace); his great grandchildren, Hadley, Lucille, Jameson, Karlynn, Kameron and Myla; his brother Robert Moore (Mary); his sister-in-law Kathleen Moore; and his in-laws, Mary Cales, Julie Rossi (Gary), Mark Fisher and Pamela Drake (Melvin). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be offered in care of Margaret Moore to be used to support, educational opportunities for students.
