She is survived by: her children, David Kozlowski (Gloria), Diane Pionk (Charles), Doreen Slack (Charles) and Doris Kozlowski (Lou); and her daughter-in-law Denise Kozlowski. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 3 step grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and 1 step great grandchild.
