She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Dishaw and Agnes Dishaw (Smith); her husband Kenneth Blazier; her close friend Robert Nixon; her siblings, George VanDusen and Mary; and her great grandchild Dillon Henes.
She is survived by: her children, Craig Blazier (Karin) and Sandra Chumney; and her grandsons, Brian Henes (Kathy), Robert Henes (Tina) and Daniel Henes (Brenda). She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren; and 2 step-great-grandchildren.
