He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Mackey and Bertha Mackey (Mullenix); his brothers, Burt and Robert Mackey; and his grandson Tanner Mackey.
He is survived by: his wife Erin Mackey (Copper); his children, Shane Mackey, Chastity Mackey and Erica Mackey; his grandchildren, Emily Bennetts, Cameron Stine and Tyler Haldeman; his great grandchild Brantley Haldeman; and his siblings, Floyd Mackey (Donna), Paulette Zeger and Jackie Watson (Thomas). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
