He was predeceased by : his parents, George Kage and Margaret Kage; and his wife Shirley Ann Kage. He is survived by : his children, Michael Kage (Michelle Heil), Tamara Smith (Rich) and Rodney Kage; his grandchildren, Jessica Sierakowski (Paul), Sara Morrow (Mike), Cody Smith (Felicia), Jake Smith (Allison), Ryan and Jaret Kage; and his friend Debbie Fischer. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
