He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy Manley and Mabel Lynn Browning (Hilliker). He is survived by : his wife Cheryl Elaine Stull of Kingston; his children, Sandra Nicol (Ken) of Kingston, Roy E. Browning of Caro, Daniel C. Browning (Kadee) of Caro and Wade Smith; his stepchildren, Jonathan Ecker, Anngela Lesho (Martin) and Mathew Ecker; and his sister JoAnn Browning of Waterford. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren.
