It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lee Mathews of Kingston, Michigan, born in Marlette, Michigan, who passed away on December 20, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, John Mathews and Elnora Mathews (Inch); his wife Gertrude; and his siblings, Bertha and Jim.

He is survived by : his sons, Michael Mathews (Patty), Steve Mathews (Sherryl Childers) and Jon Mathews (Heather); his stepchildren, Tim, Terry, Tammy, Tony and Tawnia; his grandchildren, Stephanie Lee (Brian), Bryana Walker (Michael), Michael Mathews (Nicki), Tristen Mathews, Zoe Mathews and Linzee Mathews; and his sister Kay Jefferson-Mathews. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
