He is survived by: his children, Kathryn Johnson-Franks (Rick) and Duane Johnson (Tammie); his stepchildren, Timothy Braman (Darlene), Shawn Braman (Angie), Troy Braman (Tracy) and Steve Braman (Allison Lawcock); his sister-in-law Sandra Kadado; his grandchildren, Shayann Johnson and Kyla Johnson-Franks; his great grandchildren, Sebastian Johnson-Weller and Joshua Rosa; and his pet Mia. He is also survived by numerous step- grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Laingsburg (901 E Grand River Rd, Laingsburg, MI 48848). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (901 E Grand River Rd, Laingsburg, MI 48848). A burial was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM at the Reed Cemetery (6770 Alward Rd, Laingsburg, MI 48848).
